When you request a fare or send us a message we collect your name, phone number, email address and the details of your journey, such as pickup and drop-off locations, date, time and number of passengers. If you pay by card, payment is handled by our payment provider and we do not store full card numbers.

Why we use it

We use this information to quote and confirm your journey, to dispatch a driver, to contact you about your booking, to send receipts, to handle complaints and lost property, and to meet our legal and licensing obligations as a private hire operator.

Who we share it with

We share the details needed to complete your journey with the driver assigned to it and with the providers that help us run the service, such as our booking and dispatch platform, email and payment providers. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run the service and to meet licensing, accounting and legal requirements, and then delete or anonymise them.

Cookies and third parties

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If address search is switched on, your browser connects to Google Maps services to suggest addresses.
